Pi Polymer Recycling Ltd is a start-up plastics recycling innovation company. It’s first plant at the Binn Eco Park in Tayside Scotland is currently under development and will recycle 10-12,000 tonnes per annum of large rigid post-consumer plastics, utilising it’s novel and exclusive NIR sorting system. Pi are looking to develop further facilities for the recycling of large rigid plastics across the UK and further afield. Pi are also the beneficiary of a £5.2 award in the Tay Cities Deal for the development of a new concept Advanced Plastics Sorting and Upcycling Factory enabling the separate collection of all residual waste plastics with multiple back end valorisation options and offering a ‘whole system’ solution for the proper management of post-consumer plastic waste. Pi Polymer Recycling Ltd are currently in early discussion with a range of technical, development and investor partners for this project and would welcome inquiries.
